These terms cover your use of the Zorrya vendor dashboard to list and manage your shop. By completing onboarding, you agree to these terms.
Your shop listing
You are responsible for the accuracy of your shop details, catalogue, prices, and offers. Zorrya displays what you enter — keep it truthful and up to date, including stock availability and delivery areas.
Orders and pay-on-fulfilment
Zorrya currently operates on a pay-on-fulfilment basis: customers pay you directly — cash, UPI, or card — at pickup or delivery. No customer money is collected or held by Zorrya in this release. You are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders and bookings.
Staff access
You may invite up to three staff members to help manage orders, catalogue, or inventory. You are responsible for the actions taken by staff you invite, and only the shop owner can change billing and account-level settings.
Content you upload
You retain ownership of the shop photos, descriptions, and other content you upload. By uploading it, you grant Zorrya a licence to display it on your storefront and in discovery surfaces (search, category pages, and city pages) for as long as your shop is listed.
Verification and compliance
Verification badges (Listed, Verified, Trusted, Pro) are based on the information and documents you provide and your platform activity. You remain responsible for complying with applicable local laws for your business category (for example, FSSAI licensing for food businesses).
Reviews and disputes
Consumer reviews unlock only after a confirmed order or booking. You may reply publicly to reviews, and can report reviews you believe are fake or abusive for admin review.
Suspension
We may suspend or remove a shop listing that violates these terms, provides fraudulent verification documents, or repeatedly fails to fulfil accepted orders.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Zorrya grows or as legal review is completed. Continued use of the vendor dashboard after an update means you accept the revised terms.
